To manage and oversee the day care facility at EuroSchool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children beyond school hours, while maintaining clear communication with parents and aligning with the school’s ethos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:

- Manage the overall functioning of the day care centre including schedules, meal times, naps, and activities.
- Ensure child-to-staff ratios are maintained as per regulations.
- Supervise day care staff and provide guidance as needed.
- **Child Care and Engagement**:

- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
- Monitor the health and well-being of every child.
- **Safety & Hygiene**:

- Ensure the day care space is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle minor injuries and illnesses as per school policy and inform parents promptly.
- **Team Management**:

- Train, guide, and support assistants and caretakers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s routine and behaviour.
- Address concerns empathetically and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
- Coordinate with school management regarding budgeting and supplies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing or working in a child care/day care setup.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication in English and local language.
- Warm, empathetic, and patient approach with children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,669.08 - ₹35,000.00 per month
