**Key Responsibilities:1. Childcare and Safety**
- Ensure the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
- Monitor children’s health and behavior and report any concerns to parents and management.

**2. Supervision and Staff Management**
- Supervise and guide day care assistants, helpers, and support staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular training or refresher sessions for staff.

**3. Program Planning**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, and motor skills.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible routine including play, learning, rest, and meals.
- Celebrate birthdays and festivals to promote cultural and emotional development.

**4. Communication and Coordination**
- Communicate daily with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and needs.
- Coordinate with school authorities and other departments for smooth operation.
- Handle parent concerns and feedback professionally.

**5. Administration and Record Keeping**
- Maintain attendance records, medical information, and incident reports.
- Monitor inventory and ensure supplies (toys, learning materials, hygiene items) are well-stocked.
- Prepare monthly reports on day care operations and submit them to management.

**6. Compliance and Hygiene**
- Ensure adherence to school policies and local childcare regulations.
- Implement and monitor hygiene practices including handwashing, sanitization, and clean-up routines.
- Conduct regular checks for potential hazards and take corrective action.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in managing or working in a day care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,133.80 - ₹37,386.98 per month
