**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers through chat platforms, providing assistance and resolving queries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and conversational English and Arabic.
- Ensure typing speed meets requirements (45 to 50 WPM with 95% accuracy) in both English and Arabic.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Multi-task efficiently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Demonstrate ownership and dedication in resolving customer issues.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Competencies:

- Fluent in written and conversational English (B2 to C1 level).
- Fluent in written and conversational Arabic.
- Typing speed of 45 to 50 WPM with 95% accuracy in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 9 months of experience in offshore call center accounts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Organized and adept at multitasking.
- Ownership and dedication to resolving customer issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: 15,000 to 25,000 CTC (Cost to Company)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
