Shirke's Ventures is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Site Supervisor with a keen interest in furniture to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement process by overseeing on-site activities, understanding client requirements, showcasing our furniture offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **On-Site Supervision**: Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring a thorough understanding of client furniture needs and preferences.

2. **Product Showcase**: Present and showcase our range of furniture products, providing comprehensive information and addressing client queries.

3. **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

4. **Knowledge Transfer**: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our furniture products to effectively communicate and educate clients.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback during and after on-site activities and communicate insights to the sales and product development teams.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, client interactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or furniture-related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements and market trends.

**Salary Range**:

- The salary for this position is in the range of 15,000 to 18,000 INR, commensurate with experience and skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
