**Company Profile**:
Palies IT Services Coimbatore based Computer, Laptop & Server Sales and Service support company. Our services includes server maintenance, firewall maintenance, network installation, corporate AMC, cloud backup, on-site services, desktop services, remote support, laptop services and many more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential customers based on market research and marketing strategies.

Schedule and conduct in-person visits to customer locations to promote products or services.

Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing their inquiries.

Present and demonstrate product or service offerings to customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any objections.

Negotiate and close deals with customers, following company's sales processes and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups, delivering on promises, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively promote and sell products or services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems or other designated tools.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably with experience in direct sales or field sales roles.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and manage own schedule, including willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product information and value proposition effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Experience - 1 to 3 Yrs

Package : 15,000 to 20,000PM

Gender : Male only

Working Days & Timing : Monday to Saturday & 9.30Am to 6.30Pm

Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time

Work Location : Sivananda Colony, Coimbatore

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
