**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is being completed according to project plans and specifications.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and direct workers on-site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Provide guidance and support to team members.
- **Safety Compliance**: Monitor safety practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of completed work and materials to ensure conformity to project specifications.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Develop and maintain daily and weekly schedules for site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all resources are available when needed.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to project managers on site progress, issues, and delays. Maintain daily logs, including worker hours, weather conditions, and work completed.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the job site, including labor shortages, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns.
- **Resource Management**: Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available and properly utilized on-site.
- **Document Management**: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, inspections, and changes to plans or schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
