**Job Description
- Site Supervisor**
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for our Bangalore location with 10-15 years of work experience. Majority work experience as a Supervisor will be a plus.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is being performed in accordance with project plans and timelines.
- Managing the site workforce, ensuring effective performance and addressing any challenges faced by workers.
- Coordinating between different teams, including subcontractors, workers, and management.
- Ensuring that all work on-site complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Ensuring that the work completed meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Keeping track of project timelines and milestones, providing progress reports to management.
- Addressing any delays or issues that may arise, and working to resolve them quickly.
- Overseeing the procurement and storage of materials, tools, and equipment required for the site.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, work completed, materials used, and workers' attendance.

**Work Experience**

10-15 years of professional experience in project coordination or management and site supervision.

**Educational Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related field. B. Tech (Civil) is preferable.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
