- Monitor day-to-day operations at the site.
- Ensure work is progressing according to the project timeline and plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

2. **Staff Supervision**
- Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.

3. **Health and Safety**
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain site safety records and report incidents.

4. **Quality Control**
- Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
- Ensure materials and workmanship are up to quality standards.

5. **Material and Equipment Management**
- Oversee delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
- Monitor usage and prevent wastage.
- Report shortages or damage.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain daily site records (work progress, weather, issues).
- Prepare reports for senior management.
- Log incidents, inspections, and other relevant data.

7. **Communication and Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact between workers and upper management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
