**Job Description**:

- 6+ years of experience in AIX system administration.
- Strong knowledge of AIX operating system internals, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools for system administration tasks.
- Experience with patch management, backup and recovery, user management, and performance tuning in AIX environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as PowerVM, and experience managing AIX LPARs.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices for AIX systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified System Administrator - AIX) are a plus
