**Job title: ServiceNow CMDB**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Work Mode: On site**

**Work Requirement: 5PM - 2AM**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Service Mapping to automatically discover and map IT services and their dependencies.
- Configure and customize Service Mapping patterns, rules, and classifiers in ServiceNow to map complex IT services across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Create, update, and maintain the CMDB Service Mapping configurations to ensure accurate and up-to-date service maps.
- Oversee and optimize the creation, updating, and management of CIs (Configuration Items) in the CMDB.
- Develop and maintain relationships between CIs to reflect the dependencies and service relationships for service management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure service maps reflect the actual services and infrastructure they depend on.
- Provide expertise and guidance to IT teams on best practices for managing configuration items and service mappings. Discovery Integration:

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues with Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure high-quality data flow into the CMDB.
- Create comprehensive documentation for Service Mapping configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into service mapping and CMDB health.
- Provide regular status updates, metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and improve existing service mapping and CMDB processes for efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
- Implement and recommend enhancements to ServiceNow Service Mapping and CMDB features, configurations, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform with a focus on CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Service Mapping, particularly with mapping complex IT services and their dependencies.
- Strong experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow CMDB modules, including Configuration Item (CI) classes, relationships, and data flows.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Service Mapping functionality, including patterns, classifiers, probes, and sensors.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including its integration with Service Mapping.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts, including dependency mapping, business service modeling, and service-level management.
- Proficiency with SQL and scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) for creating custom solutions within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with integration tools, REST APIs, and third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB or Service Mapping).
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced CMDB integrations with other IT systems.
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of service management processes and the value of a comprehensive CMDB in the ITIL framework.
- Familiarity with configuration management standards such as ISO 20000 or ITIL best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA for project management.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
