**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Engagement**: Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and concerns.
- **Presentations and Demos**: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- **Sales Reporting**: Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to track progress and performance.
- **Market Participation**: Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote our properties and services.
- **Negotiate Deals**: Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to achieve better results and share insights.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role within the real estate industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- **Learning Ability**: Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- **Education**: High school degree required; BSc/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
