A Sales and Marketing Executive is a key role within an organization, responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant certifications can be an added advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-Oriented: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking and creativity in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
