**Tele Caller (Lead Manager)**

**Thalikkunnil Group**, with **21 years of distinguished presence** in **retail, distribution, engineering, and interiors**, operates from strategically located offices and showrooms in **Trivandrum, Kazhakkuttam, Kollam, Adoor, and Kottayam**.

Our **Lead Management Team** plays a vital role in connecting customers with our Engineering and Interiors Divisions by generating qualified leads and ensuring smooth communication between clients and project teams.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented **Tele Callers (Lead Managers)** to join our dynamic sales and marketing network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle **inbound calls** and respond promptly to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of **calls, leads, and follow-ups**.
- Coordinate with the **sales and marketing teams** for lead conversion.
- Achieve **daily and monthly calling targets** with consistent performance.
- Build and maintain a **positive relationship** with clients through professional communication.
- **Qualification**: Plus Two / Degree in any discipline
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Strong **verbal communication** and **customer-handling** skills
- Confidence, persistence, and a **goal-oriented attitude**:

- Basic knowledge of **CRM tools** or **Excel reporting** will be an added advantage
