**2. Qualifications**
- Degree / Diploma in marketing or related field
- 2 - 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- Must have a two-wheeler & Driving Licence
- Knowledge of Interior materials, textures, and architectural design trends.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take the initiative with experience
- Knowledge of taking measurements

**3. Responsibilities**
- Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the Field marketing campaign
- Daily updation to Marketing Head
- Customer Leads and **20L**monthly Interior work target closing
- Site visit and closing Sales
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate under your project from start to end.
- Measuring and reporting on marketing results: This includes tracking website traffic, leads generated, and sales generated
- Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with sales, design, and production teams to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Developing and executing marketing plans: This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing messages, and creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Managing the marketing budget: This includes tracking spending, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with the company's goals, and making adjustments as needed.
- Creating and managing marketing materials: This includes developing website content, creating brochures and flyers, and managing social media accounts.
- Overseeing marketing research: This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights that can be used to improve marketing campaigns
