**Summary**:
The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Capital Markets team by conducting data analysis and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing data findings and insights for senior management.
- **Business Support**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data support.
- Proactively identify and address data quality issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- **Data Management & Governance**:

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Updating data-based information across multiple technology platforms for business leadership reports and dashboards (including Salesforce, SharePoint)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with data management and governance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
