Associate – Equity Capital Markets

Job Description A Tier-1 law firm is seeking an Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice in Delhi. The role offers exposure to a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and other securities offerings. Key Responsibilities: Advising on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutional placements (QIPs), rights issues, and debt offerings. Drafting and reviewing offer documents, transaction agreements, and regulatory filings. Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and other securities laws. Coordinating with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders involved in transactions. Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant experience in capital markets at a leading law firm. Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, securities laws, and market practices. Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.
