**Responsibilities**

- Maintain accounts payable records and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for data entry and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular analysis of billing data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Train and supervise billing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle telemarketing efforts related to billing inquiries and client follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients regarding their accounts.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting software is essential.
- Strong background in financial services with a focus on billing processes.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounts payable functions and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in telemarketing and client communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
