Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Executive (CRM) to act as the communication bridge between distributors, sales agents, and the internal Curio team. The person will manage daily operational updates, track order and dispatch statuses, coordinate via WhatsApp/calls, and ensure that our ERP/CRM system is updated accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities1. Distributor & Sales Agent Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with distributors and sales agents through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Share order updates, dispatch timelines, and any required follow-up information.
  • Address routine queries regarding orders, availability, dispatch status, or delays.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional relationship experience for all external partners.

2. Order & Dispatch Tracking

  • Daily monitoring of orders received through our ERP/CRM system.
  • Track dispatch schedules with the warehouse team and identify bottlenecks.
  • Follow up with dispatch for pending shipments and update stakeholders immediately.
  • Verify that invoices, transport slips, and GR/bilty details are correctly shared and filed.

3. System & Reporting

  • Update order status, dispatch status, follow-up notes, and communication logs on the software.
  • Maintain basic Excel sheets when needed (training will be provided).
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on:
  • Orders received
  • Orders pending
  • Dispatch progress
  • Distributor follow-ups
  • Bottlenecks requiring management escalation

4. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Billing team for invoice follow-ups
  • Dispatch team for shipment progress
  • Sales Executives for sales order processing
  • General mANAGER for escalations and operational updates
  • Make sure all teams receive timely and accurate information to avoid delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admin, sales coordination, or operations support (preferred).
  • Must be comfortable using computers, especially WhatsApp Web, basic Excel, and CRM systems (training provided).
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
  • Ability to multitask, follow processes, and stay organised.
  • Quick learner with willingness to understand new software and workflows.
  • Calm, polite, and professional tone when dealing with agents and distributors.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership.
