Job Description: Social Influencer Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Influencer Strategist to join our marketing team. The Social Influencer Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify target influencer audiences and key trends in the influencer marketing space
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and creative concepts to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities to secure brand partnerships and collaborations
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product teams, to develop influencer marketing campaigns
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new influencer marketing technologies and strategies
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on influencer marketing best practices and strategies

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹12,453.88 - ₹46,936.38 per month
