The Role

We're hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist who can
own
end-to-end brand growth on social—from insight to idea to execution to scale. No hand-holding. You've shipped bold social campaigns, grown brand handles, run performance ads, and integrated influencer marketing into the mix. You'll lead strategy, orchestrate execution, and be accountable for outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy:
    Turn business goals into platform-specific social strategies (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) with clear POVs on content formats, frequency, creator mix, and paid support.
  • Concept & campaigns:
    Invent out-of-the-box, thumb-stopping ideas (series, stunts, collabs, UGC challenges) and turn them into executable campaign plans with timelines, storyboards, scripts, and shot-lists.
  • Full-funnel execution:
    Drive calendars, content production, publishing, community management, and real-time optimization.
  • Influencer marketing:
    Build creator shortlists, negotiate/brief creators, align deliverables, and integrate creator outputs into paid and organic plans.
  • Paid media:
    Plan and run ads across Meta/Instagram, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn; manage budgets, audiences, creatives, A/B tests; optimize for ROAS/CAC/CPV/Reach goals.
  • Analytics & growth:
    Set KPIs, instrument tracking (UTMs, GA4), build dashboards, and translate insights into weekly/Monthly performance improvements.
  • Client leadership:
    Present strategies and post-mortems, align stakeholders, and mentor internal executors (design, video, community, media buying).
  • Process & quality:
    Build playbooks, QA checklists, and best practices that improve speed and output quality across accounts.

  • Experience in
    tier-2/3 audience growth
    and regional content.
  • Working knowledge of
    AI-assisted workflows
    (idea gen, scripting, edits, variations).
  • Comfort with
    Figma/Canva
    for quick mockups and briefs.
  • Familiarity with creator platforms (e.g., Xley or similar) and affiliate/UGC programs.
