**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling solar installation projects.
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and technical data sheets.
- Track budgets, expenditures, and timelines to ensure compliance with project goals.
- Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, taking and distributing minutes as needed.
- Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and components is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with solar permitting, utility interconnection processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical and civil engineering principles as applied to solar projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.99 - ₹25,000.19 per month
