Job Responsibilities:

- Be an integral part of large-scale client business development and delivery engagements by understanding the business requirements.
- Design and develop ingestion and ETL pipelines on GCP using python/java libraries, bigquery and composer.
- Automate the repeatable tasks into a framework that can be reused in other parts of the projects.
- Handle the data quality, governance, and reconciliation during the development phases.
- Being able to communicate with internal/external customers, desire to develop communication and client-facing skills.
- Understand and contribute in all the agile ceremonies to ensure the efficiency in delivery.
- Ability to handle a team of 3-6 members including technical guidance.
- Responsible for daily task allocation and overall project’s progress.
- Co-ordination across team’s within and outside the project.
- Client interaction, status updates, requirement understanding.

Qualification & Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 4 years of technology experience in Data Engineering projects.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in python/java programming.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SQL/PL SQL Scripting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Warehouse / ETL.
- Ability to build streaming/batching solutions.
- Expertise in using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence and GIT
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GCP services like bigquery, composer, GCS, dataflow, App engine, DWH
- Minimum 1 year experience in Team handling, client handling, Task allocation etc.
- Expertise in ETL processing
- Expertise in Python/java programming
- Expertise in Linux/Unix Skills Scripting
- Expertise in SQL /PL SQL scripting.
- Good understanding of DevOps pipeline and code repository.
- GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management, Authentication protocols

**Experience Required**: 6 to 10 Yrs

**Educational Qualification**: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology / Bachelor in Computer Applications / Bachelor of Science / Master of Computer Applications
