**Program Summary**

**Position Summary**

Gurushala is a platform for both teachers and students. The incumbent in this position will need to undertake an analysis of the requirements of teachers and students and thereafter design engagements as per them. The incumbent will also need to engage with partners, government and private to regularly co-design and implement engagements for teachers and students. The incumbent will need to be updated with the trends of interventions being implemented across other educational platforms to engage the users and enhance the usage of the platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate the needs of the target audience and develop engagement plan for the users
- Designing and implementing the strategy to increase the footfall of the audience on the platform
- Reaching out and coordination with professionals, volunteers, interns and educationists to undertake sessions for the target audience
- Designing communication plan to disseminate the information about the program to larger educational sphere
- Conduct market research to identify best practices being implemented in the field of education
- Develop monthly reports on emerging Ed-tech platform practices to team members

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives in a target driven work environment
- Good command written and verbal communication (both in English and Hindi)
- Knowledge of using Microsoft office suite, Google suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- An under-graduate/post-graduate degree with up to 02 years of full-time work-experience will be preferred

**Working Details and Remuneration**
- The incumbent will be based in New Delhi and will have to travel regularly across the country
