Role Overview:
The Sales Telemarketing Representative will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored auto brokerage solutions. This position combines hourly compensation with a competitive commission structure, rewarding high performers with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our auto brokerage services.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our services.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong sales orientation with a confident, persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:
15000 INR-30,000 INR - Depends on Experience
