Job description

Responsible for handling documents for Ocean Freight, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Executive must effectively communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of booking operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents for ocean freight, including Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Ensure all documents comply with international trade regulations and destination country requirements.
- Verify accuracy of customer and shipment details before document issuance.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to obtain and dispatch required documentation.
- Track documentation timelines to ensure timely release and submission for customs clearance and cargo release.
- Maintain updated records of all documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, operations, customer service) to align on shipment details and special instructions.
- Respond to documentation-related queries from clients, regulatory authorities, or partners.
- Monitor changes in international shipping regulations and update documentation processes accordingly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
