**Key Responsibilities**:

- ⁠ ⁠Assisting in researching and identifying potential clients and target markets
- ⁠ ⁠Supporting lead generation efforts through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media
- ⁠ ⁠Learning to understand client needs and assisting in offering solutions that meet their requirements
- ⁠ ⁠Assisting in presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients under the guidance of senior team members
- ⁠ ⁠Observing and learning negotiation techniques and assisting in contract and term discussions with clients
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the marketing team to learn and contribute to strategies for attracting new clients
- ⁠ ⁠Providing feedback to the sales and product development teams based on observations and insights
- ⁠ ⁠Working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the team
- ⁠ ⁠Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to assist in market analysis
- ⁠ ⁠Auditing and quality monitoring of the leads generated to measure effectiveness, and recommendation of improvements as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- ⁠ ⁠Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
- ⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies (training will be provided)
- ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
- ⁠ ⁠Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,085.15 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 20% travel
