Role : L1 Application Support

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Address issue raised by users & resolved within defined TAT.
- Take follow up for pending tickets with other assignee groups.
- PRIMARY SKILL/ TECHNOLOGY - Good SQL Knowledge or any DB knowledge
- Good knowledge of excel.
- WFO Requirement

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in BSC IT/ BCA/ Engg is Required.
- At least 3yrs of experience Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
