**Roles and Responsibilities**

Planning, coordination, budgeting and execution for
- various experiential rides, events and community building
- processes
- Designing a safe track for experiential events
- Ensure group riding etiquettes and safety- To provide valuable insights gathered from rides and
- activities that helps improve premiumisation aspects of the
- brand and be more customer centric
- Ensuring Motosports event sponsorship to drive love for
- motorcycling- Ensure vehicle capitalization and related paperwork
- Ensure availability of spare parts, service & repair
- Focus on training & development of customers and riders- Vendor Management : Coordination, POs, NDAs, etc.- To prepare reports form data gathered from various events
- and rides to help improve the engagement levels for the
- future.- Ensuring timely availability of spare parts and vehicle inventory
- Coordination and collaboration with various internal and external parties
- Ensuring building of a safe and engaging track design for better customer and rider engagement.**5 + years of relevant experience in sales/service and**

**managing events.**
