**Description**

**Qualifications**:

- Basic/Advanced Understanding on US and Canada Payroll Activities.
- Hands on Experience with US Payroll Processing, Taxation, Compliance, Banking and Garnishment.
- Knowledge with US Biweekly, Weekly and Monthly Payroll Process is an advantage. With additional capability to understand the Payroll and Fiscal Calendars and Weekly and Biweekly Payroll Cycles.
- Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written skills is a must.
- Good Excel skills and capabilities to work with multiple excel sheet with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite
- Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Flexibility to accommodate work as needed is a must.
- Should be a Team Player, Quick Learner and with Good Analytical skills.
- Should be able to handle Time and Data Sensitive content and be open to work with High volumes during year end and system downtime.
- Should be able to work on Process Documents and Training Materials as and when needed.

- Qualification**: B. Com, BBM, BBA and MBA(Finance) Graduates with Experience.
- Shift Timing**: 10:30 AM TO 7:30 PM IST
