- Plan and organize daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking schedules.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling practices to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with hotel management to create seasonal menus that align with budget constraints.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Assist in the development of special promotions or events to attract guests to the restaurant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
