**JD for Presales Executive (Real Estate)**
**Role and responsibility: -**
1. Communicating with decision makers: Understand the goals and concerns of decision makers, and ensure they are understood before moving on to the next phase of the presales process.
2. Listening to customers: Actively listen to customers' problems and suggest solutions.
3. Collaborating with the team: Create an environment of mutual respect and collaboration within the team.
4. Planning sales strategies: Create sales strategies and work with the product development team.
5. Preparing sales proposals: Prepare sales proposals and marketing concepts.
6. Training sales representatives: Train other sales representatives.
7. Interpreting customer needs: Interpret customer needs and provide advice for prospective products.
8.Answering customer RFPs and RFIs: Answer customer requests for proposals and information (RFPs and RFIs).
9. Engaging with customers: Engage with customers.

**What Is the Difference Between Presales and Sales?**
Presales refers to the sales process carried out before closing a business deal. Sales refer to the activities that result in the selling of products and services. This may include qualifying a prospect, making discovery calls, performing product or service demos, qualifying leads and creating business proposals. Typically, the process in presales occurs toward the top of the sales process. This may include connecting with a client, qualifying and setting goals, demonstrating value and closing the deal. It is the process that occurs just after the presales process.
