**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **client communications** and **policy management** for existing and new insurance clients.
- Support in **preparing financial models** and **excel-based analysis** to assess insurance products and offer optimal solutions.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations** to clients and stakeholders, helping them understand policy options and benefits.
- Conduct **market research** and **competitive analysis** on insurance products to recommend suitable plans for clients.
- Assist in **policy renewals**, claims processing, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of policies and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide **excellent customer service** by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree** in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- **MBA / Post Graduate degree in Insurance** (preferred)
- **0-2 years of experience** in the insurance industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal) for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Financial Modelling** (knowledge of advanced Excel functions is a plus).
- Strong ability to create and deliver **presentations** to clients and senior management.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of **insurance products** (Life, General, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.
