We are seeking a **skilled Blender Animator** with a strong creative vision and technical expertise to create high-quality animations for our projects. As a Blender Animator, you will collaborate with our team to produce visually stunning content that meets project goals and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create realistic and stylized animations using Blender, including character animation, rigging, and environment modeling.
- Develop 3D assets such as models, textures, and simulations for various projects.
- Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Optimize models and animations for performance without compromising quality.
- Adapt and respond to feedback to refine and enhance designs.
- Stay updated with the latest Blender features and animation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Blender Animation** (Minimum 1-3 years).
- Strong skills in modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering using Blender.
- A portfolio showcasing your work (mandatory).
- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or other post-production software is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently on freelance assignments or as part of an in-house team.
