We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Motion Graphics Trainer to join our educational team. This position is ideal for a creative professional with expertise in motion graphics and animation who enjoys mentoring learners. The Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging course materials that help students master motion graphics principles, software, and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach students to use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and tutorials, guiding students through real-world motion graphics projects.
- Mentor students on techniques, problem-solving approaches, and design processes.
- Provide constructive feedback on student projects, encouraging growth and helping them build a strong portfolio.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and animation to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Collaborate with academic and curriculum teams to enhance and refine course materials.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing support as needed to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in any design related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred, with a passion for education and student success.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing motion graphics and animation work, with an emphasis on diverse techniques and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons.
- Patient, encouraging, and skilled in providing constructive feedback.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Knowledge of interactive media software and emerging motion graphics tools.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and e-learning methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or supervising students in a classroom or studio setting.
