We are looking for a passionate and skilled 3D Faculty to join our creative education team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Blender and Autodesk Maya, along with a strong foundation in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation workflows. The candidate will be responsible for training students, developing course content, and guiding them through practical and project-based learning.
--- Key Responsibilities Conduct regular classes and workshops on 3D Design using Blender & Maya. Demonstrate 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation techniques. Guide students in project development, portfolio building, and industry standards. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with current 3D trends, tools, and software updates. Collaborate with the academic team to design and update course curriculum.
--- Requirements Proficiency in Blender and Autodesk Maya (mandatory). Strong understanding of 3D production pipelines. Experience in texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation. Good communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory). Ability to manage batches and maintain class discipline.
--- Preferred Skills (Bonus) Knowledge of Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, or After Effects. Experience with real-time rendering and PBR workflows. Portfolio or showreel demonstrating your 3D expertise.
