**Overview**: At JucyGifts, we are looking for a proactive and driven Tele Caller /Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and engaging with potential customers to generate leads and secure meetings for our sales team. If you have a knack for persuasive communication and are adept at B2B sales, we want you on our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize LinkedIn and third-party tools like Lusha to identify and extract contact details of potential customers.
- Conduct cold calls to pitch JucyGifts offerings effectively and engage potential clients.
- Perform lead generation activities to meet or exceed specified targets.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, aiming to enhance the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
**Key Skills**:
- Fluency and confidence in English communication.
- Street smarts and a strategic mindset for effective headhunting and lead generation.
- Prior experience in B2B sales and cold calling.
- Ability to deliver persuasive pitches and maintain high customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the corporate gifts or merchandise sector.
