**Job summary**

**Key responsibilities**
- **Pipeline management**: Manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound channels.
- **Solution selling**: Conduct deep discovery calls to understand a prospect's business challenges and effectively articulate how our SaaS solution can solve their specific pain points.
- **Product demonstrations**: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- **Negotiation and closing**: Lead commercial negotiations, manage the legal and procurement process, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are met, provide product feedback, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- **CRM and reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, opportunities, and communications in our CRM (Zoho), and provide regular updates on pipeline and forecasts.
- **Market expertise**: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a history of exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho or others).
- Results-oriented work ethic.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience B2B sales.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies.
- Experience with sales engagement tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
