**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and expense claims.
- Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior finance team members.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in finance and accounting (freshers with strong academic background can apply).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Zoho/QuickBooks or any ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
