**Job Title**:Videographer and Content Writer**

As a Full-time Videographer, Photographer, Editor, and Content Writer at ISBR Business School, you will play a critical role in creating compelling visual content and written material to enhance our brand presence. This multifaceted position involves capturing high-quality videos and photographs, editing them to create engaging visual stories, and crafting well-researched written content for various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality videos that align with the company's vision and brand identity.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
- Ensure the use of professional equipment and maintain a standard of excellence in all videography projects.
- Take captivating photographs that showcase our products, services, events, and company culture.
- Manage and organize a library of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and appeal.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their requirements and deliver outstanding results.
- Utilize creative editing techniques, graphics, and sound design to produce captivating videos.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure video content aligns with the overall content strategy.
- Meet deadlines and maintain the highest level of quality in all editing projects.
- Develop compelling and well-researched written content for blogs, articles, social media, and marketing materials.
- Tailor content to resonate with the target audience and enhance brand messaging.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and grammar.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant keywords for SEO optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, Editor, and Content Writer or similar roles.
- Freshers from Media schools / related field can be welcomed.
- Proficient in operating professional cameras, video and photo editing software, and related equipment.
- Proficiency in content creation for various digital platforms, including social media.
- Exceptional creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Film Production, Photography, Journalism, or Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
