**About the Role**:
Reformiqo is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Sales Person** to lead and scale our sales function. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and expanding our footprint in key markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Strive to Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships
- Drive B2B sales growth through structured outreach, partnerships, and solution-selling
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategy and client needs
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure strategic positioning
- Represent the company in high-level client meetings, pitches, and industry events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or solution-based industries
- Exceptional persuasive, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Must be willing to work full-time from our on-site location
- Knowledge of ERP Next
