**Job Title: Group Accounts Head / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Automobile Industry**

**Primary Objective**:To oversee financial strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive profitability in a dynamic, innovation-driven automobile sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** Strategic Financial Leadership: - Formulate and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization’s growth trajectory in the automotive market. - Optimize funding for expansion into emerging technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs), connected mobility, and autonomous systems. - Support the organization’s transition towards greener manufacturing processes and sustainability initiatives.

**2.**Industry-Specific Financial Oversight: - Manage cost structures unique to the automobile sector, including production costs, raw material procurement, supply chain management, and distribution expenses. - Provide financial stewardship during market fluctuations, such as shifts in fuel prices or automotive regulations.

**3.** Consolidation and Compliance: - Consolidate financial statements for dealerships, and service entities across diverse geographies. - Ensure adherence to local and global standards, including GST frameworks, environmental accounting mandates, and safety regulations.

**4.**Risk Management & Capital Allocation: - Analyze industry risks such as supply chain disruptions, geopolitical trade dynamics. - Allocate resources for strategic investments in R&D, production scalability, and digital transformation of operations.

**5.** Operational Excellence: - Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, from production line profitability to dealership performance optimization. - Lead ERP integration and digitization of financial systems to enable real-time analytics and reporting.

**6.** Stakeholder Engagement: - Strengthen relationships with investors, financial institutions, and partners, ensuring transparency in business performance and strategic plans. - Facilitate communication for joint ventures, mergers, or international. collaborations to expand market presence.

**7.**Leadership & Talent Development: - Mentor and inspire the finance and accounts team to foster innovation and accountability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, marketing, and supply chain management, for holistic organizational success.

**Qualifications: -**

**Education**:Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance; specialization in automotive or manufacturing finance is a plus.
- **Experience**: 20+ years in Accounts leadership roles within the automobile sector or related industries, with expertise in managing multi-entity operations.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. Tally Prime, Wings) and financial analytics platforms.
- **Key Traits**: Strategic thinker, innovative problem solver, and effective communicator with strong industry acumen.

**Note
- Having an experience of leading a team of around 100 people.**

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
