- Ability to independently manage accounting tasks
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems (Tally, Zoho)
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Independently handle accounting entries and maintain ledger books for office records and audit purposes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile card transactions with statements.
- Calculate and file quarterly TDS returns;
- Preparation of monthly GST working, Reconciliation with 2B and filing of GSTR- 1 and 3B returns.
- Conduct GL reconciliations and ledger-to-sub ledger reconciliations.
- Process employee travel expenses, card dues, claims, reimbursements, and consignments.
- Update and create supplier details in vendor master data; reconcile vendor accounts.
- Inspect PO-based or non-PO invoices and rectify errors before payment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on aged open items in various GL accounts and work towards their closure.

**Preferred Background: Familiarity with e-commerce/ Market place accounting and reconciliation transactions.**
