We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with expertise in **Tally, GST, TDS**, and Expertise in **Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas**, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and complying with relevant tax regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
- Handle GST filing, return preparation, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Process and manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data

modeling.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to internal controls.
- Assist with audits, financial forecasting, and budgeting as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting management.
- In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and filing procedures.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,

formulas, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in Tally or relevant accounting software is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, with specific knowledge of GST, TDS, and

advanced Excel techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
