We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and help expand our brand presence in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating new business opportunities and lead generation through targeted sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead nurturing.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product documentation.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to track effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Help organize events, exhibitions, webinars, and industry conferences to promote the brand.
- Research and identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales and marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Creative and innovative thinker with an interest in the lighting and design industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
