**JOB SUMMARY**
We require a site supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of our interior design projects. The site supervisor will ensure that all work is carried out with all safety and time limit and with budget.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project manager.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Analyzing quality and quantity of the material required.
- Informing the purchase team for material order.
- Managing site laborers and their expenses.

**REQUIRED QULAIFICATION**
- 5+ years of experience in site supervision within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Well versed with the local language, English and Hindi.
