**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and marketing efforts for our Mental Health and Productivity Journal.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversions.
- Utilize platforms like Sales Navigator and Salesforce for client acquisition and success.
- Implement effective sales funnels to maximize outreach and sales potential.
- Contribute to the execution of articles and marketing content related to wellness and productivity.
- Research and analyze market trends to enhance digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Passion for wellness, mental health, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Sales Navigator for client management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively.

**Stipend & Growth Opportunity**:

- Rs. 1,000 + 0.5% of profit from sales generated.
- **Full-Time Opportunity**: If the intern secures one bulk order, they will be offered a full-time role with:

- **Salary**: Rs 10,000/month.
- **Growth Potential**: Opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per month
