**Sales & Marketing Intern**

**Job Title-** Marketing Intern (Lead Generation) **Job Location-** Remote/Work from Home

**Internship Duration-** 3 Months **Stipend-** 15,000 Rs/Month

**Experience-** 0+ Yrs/ Fresher with a Preferable Internship experience in Marketing & Sales. We are looking for a confident,creative individual to work in the role of a Full Time Sales & Marketing Intern.

**Skills-(mandatory)**
- Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and visual
- Setting up appointments through social media platforms (LinkedIn, twitter etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills via Social
- Familiarity with sales outreach tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha, Lemlist and etc)
- Strong Knowledge of Linkedin Marketing.
- Strong Knowledge of Social Media Marketing Tools and Automation Tools (Like Phantombuster, Lemlist and etc).
- Good understanding of Growth Marketing.
- Highly Motivated & goal oriented.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Manager or Team member & completing all allocated tasks.
- Research prospects (company profile, decision-makers, needs, contact details etc. )
- Set appointments for qualified leads to virtually meet with the sales team
- Measuring metrics, performance and growth of our marketing efforts.
- Identifying and scaling new ways to acquire customers for various offerings.
- Independently forming a hypothesis about the market, and validating the same through data.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.

**Qualifications**
- MBA in Marketing, Business, Sales (preferred). People with any undergraduate degree can also apply.
- A Certification in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to cope with rejection.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Must be multitasking & able to operate Independently.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
