We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Interns to join our Online Language Training Division, playing a key role in expanding our reach and engaging more learners.

**Job Summary**
As a Sales and Marketing Intern for our Online Language Training division, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing campaigns and assisting in driving sales initiatives to promote our language training programs across India. This internship will offer hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales strategies, providing you with the foundation for a successful career in sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct research on target customer segments, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support our marketing strategies.
- **Content Support**: Support content creation for promotional materials, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
- **Data Management**: Maintain organized records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign results, and provide insights on improving sales performance.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide prospective customers with detailed information about our courses, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have to help drive conversions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the success of sales and marketing activities, suggesting improvements for future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Comfortable with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with social media management and basic content creation.
- Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
