**Job Type: Intern, Freelancer, Part-time.**

**Stipend: 3k - 25k Per month.**

**Required: 15hrs to 30hrs per week.**

**Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri, Flexible timings.**

**Job Brief**

We are Looking for **college students **and **recent graduates** looking to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of financial services. In this dynamic internship, you'll gain firsthand experience working alongside our experienced Sales and Marketing teams. You'll play a key role in supporting our efforts to promote and sell a variety of financial and banking products to individuals and businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, assist sales professionals with presentations and proposals, and learn the sales cycle for financial products.
- **Marketing Initiatives**: Develop engaging content for social media and other marketing channels, contribute to the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations), and assist with market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings (shadowing role initially), learn to answer basic client questions about financial products, and understand the importance of building strong client relationships.

**You'll gain valuable experience in**:

- **Financial products and services**: Develop a strong understanding of financial products like savings accounts, loans, investments, etc.
- **Sales & Marketing fundamentals**: Learn sales techniques, communication skills, and marketing strategies for the financial services industry.
- **Professional communication**:Develop your written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Student Pursuing or Recent graduate with a degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.**:

- Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills.**:

- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for learning and a desire to build a career in **financial services.**

**Bonus points for**:

- **Experience in sales** or marketing (even in a non-financial setting).
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- **Experience with social media marketing** or content creation.
