**Job Description**:
We are seeking a confident and motivated individual with experience in advertising company, digital marketing agency or with media and entertainment industry.
Contribute to the creation of digital experiences while working on brand projects. Manage work efficiently, collaborate with the team to produce ideas, and have a passion for content. The Lead will work across numerous platforms to increase consumer engagement and behaviour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to design a strategy that is in line with the brand's philosophy and objectives across platforms.
- Monitor digital and new media industry developments, to spot prospective business opportunities and improve current offerings that result in better customer value and higher financial value.
- For the brands on board, driving innovation and creativity.

Account Execution:

- Conducting adequate research and gathering relevant material for the development of interactive content.
- Develop creative solutions for the brand's digital channels, such as content management and upkeep.
- Creating a buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches, and brand-sponsored events via innovative advertising.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of different aspects of the campaign, such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions, using analytics.

Key Skills Required:

- Understanding and analyzing data for campaigns and pitches.
- Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position.
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries.
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
